Our journey began with our elders, who practiced the age-old method of extracting oil using traditional wooden marachekku techniques. This knowledge was carefully preserved and continued by our father and mother, who dedicated themselves to producing pure, natural oils the authentic way.

We use marachekku made from pure Vagai (Indian Kino) wood, which is known for its natural strength and health benefits. Vagai wood does not react with the oil during extraction and helps retain the oil’s natural nutrients, aroma, and medicinal properties. This slow, cold-press process ensures better digestion, improved absorption, and overall wellness.

All our oils are produced exclusively by us, without outsourcing. Each batch is 100% pure, chemical-free, and laboratory tested, ensuring safety, quality, and consistency. From seed selection to final packaging, every step is handled with care and honesty.

Groundnut Oil

Our groundnuts are sourced directly from trusted farmers and long-time vendors who have worked with our family for many years. Only fully matured, high-quality groundnuts are selected. After sourcing, the groundnuts are naturally sun-dried to reduce moisture and enhance oil quality. Each batch is processed individually using Vagai wood marachekku, ensuring slow extraction without heat. This preserves the oil’s natural flavor, aroma, and nutritional value.

Coconut Oil

We procure fresh coconuts from reliable farmers and vendors known for their consistent quality. The coconuts are carefully broken, cleaned, and sun-dried using natural sunlight to maintain purity and freshness. Once dried, they are cold-pressed separately in our traditional wooden marachekku, producing clear, aromatic coconut oil ideal for cooking, hair care, and wellness.

Sesame Oil 

Our sesame seeds are sourced from genuine farmers and suppliers who follow traditional farming practices. The seeds are thoroughly cleaned and sun-dried naturally to preserve their rich oil content. Each batch is then processed separately in our Vagai wood marachekku, ensuring authentic taste, natural color, and maximum health benefits.

Castor Oil

Castor seeds are carefully sourced from experienced vendors and farmers with proven quality standards. After selection, the seeds are sun-dried under controlled natural conditions to remove excess moisture. The oil is extracted slowly using our wooden marachekku, maintaining purity and natural properties. Our castor oil is known for its thickness, clarity, and traditional benefits.
