Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received
• Product leakage during delivery
• Missing items in the package

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product along with clear photos or videos as proof.

After verification, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after delivery
• Incorrect address provided by customer
• Delay caused by courier service
• Opened or used products
• Minor packaging damage without product damage

Return Policy
